Erin Lafferty

Erin joined AMS recently in May of 2024 as a bookkeeper and front desk receptionist. She is new to the team and is looking forward to growing with the company.

She was born and raised in the desert with all her family close by. After graduating from La Quinta High School in 1999 she attended Azusa Pacific University. While there she met her husband, Joe. They were married in 2000, and she moved to the Central Coast to be with him. In 2003, they welcomed their first-born, Joey, and two years later in 2005 they welcomed their daughter, Evie. They lived in the Monterey Bay area, but they decided to move back to the desert in 2015. After some time in restaurant work, Erin decided to homeschool her two children starting in 2008 and did so until they both graduated in 2022 and 2023. During the homeschooling years she held various jobs and spent the last five years as a bookkeeper for Vons in Palm Springs.

In her down time, Erin enjoys reading and knitting/crocheting. She enjoys anything creative and spent many years decorating cakes. She enjoys singing, hiking (if it’s not too hot!) and is looking forward to learning pickleball!
